A lovely Antique early 20th C. Oil on Canvas Board Painting, American School California Outdoor Mountain Sea Landscape Impressionist. Excellent Condition, very slight surface wear to original gilded wood frame. You can refer to the pictures we guarantee 100% you will be more than happy with the excellent condition, very clean. Measuring 17 1/2" x 13 1/2" x 1" at the outer wood frame, the showing painting is 13 1/4" x 9 1/2" and weighing 2lb 6oz. No artist signat...ure on canvas, written on the back in pencil: C.T.S. 1-16-19 possibly the artist initials & date along with original canvas board F. Weber Co. Philadelphia Russell label. Wonderful brush strokes throughout, great slight impasto textures, wonderful colors throughout. A lovely landscape of coastal mountains, a farm house with barn, cultivated land in the background at the base of the hill or mountain, the blue ocean to the left, great sky and clouds.
