DESCRIPTION: Old Original EL ZODIACO Cigar Label - SIGNS OF TH ZODIAC - ARIES to PISCES - OWLS. Very nice image and very tough to find.
SIZE: Measures approximately 5 3/4 x 7 1/2.
CONDITION: Very good. It appears that this label has been trimmed down some. Also has some creasing, corner and edge wear as well as a dark spot upper right corner from what seems to have been water damage.
Guaranteed old and original. These c...igar box labels are great pieces of history and are very collectable. They were originally intended to be put either on the inside lid or the outside of a cigar box but due to the decline of cigar smoking in the early 1900's, never made it on one. They come in a vast variety of subject matter and were printed on high quality paper and in most cases, the printing was stone lithography.
