Great antique heavy star burst crystal base, hallmarked Birmingham, England 1903 small e, sterling silver overlay inkwell with glass insert.Measures 4" across x 2 3/4" tall. Usual overall table use scratches to base. Some fine roughness to glass liner cup edge. No chips to inkwell glass or damages to silver.
