DESCRIPTION: Old Original CUBAN EMBLEM Sample Cigar Label - FANCY SWORD. Has a seal attached. This action is for both pieces.
SIZE: Measures approximately 5 3/4 x 8 inches.
CONDITION: Very fine with some light creasing, edge and corner wear. Has two sets of small holes along left hand edge from being in a sample book (staples). Also has the seal attached to the label.
Guaranteed old and original. These cigar box ...labels are great pieces of history and are very collectable. They were originally intended to be put either on the inside lid or the outside of a cigar box but due to the decline of cigar smoking in the early 1900's, never made it on one. They come in a vast variety of subject matter and were printed on high quality paper and in most cases, the printing was stone lithography.
