This is a vintage ruby red glass single light candle holder made by New Martinsville.
It's in the lovely Moondrops pattern.
It's in very good condition without any chips - there is a feather shaped line on the inside of the candle cup that cannot be felt on the surface of the glass, maybe a manufacturing flaw?
It measures about 5" tall with 4-1/2" base diameter.
