Measuring about 10" in diameter, and about 1-3/4" tall, this pictorial metal tin is now empty, but originally contained an unstated quantity of cookies (or "biscuits") made by Carr & Co. Ltd., of Carlisle, England. It has a remnants of an old State of Pennsylvania label on the bottom. The sidewall border is floral and the lid artwork - repeated on the inside - is reminiscent of a "blue willow" pattern, only brownIt has some superficial dents and bumps and scratches, and some stains... and spots of light rusting. I think I've taken pictures from every angle, so please look closely at them.
