Rare Los Castillo Mexico Hammered Silver Plate Seahorse Handle Sugar Creamer 291
This rare Mexican silver plate lidded sugar cup and creamer set with Seahorse handles was done by Los Castillo. The creamer has a hammered finish and the sugar a smooth finish with a shell on t...he lid. The creamer measures about 5 1/4" tall x 3 3/4" wide including the handle and the sugar is about 5" tall x 4" wide including the handle. They are signed Los Castillo Taxco, Plateado, TA-01 Hecho en Mexico 291. There are two pin size dents on the sugar lid and one minor dent on the creamer which is not very noticeable because of the hammered effect - see photos. Gorgeous set!!
