Ok Antique WINDSOR BOW-BACK WOODEN solid mahogany, or rosewood? cane back cane bottom Desk Office spinning Chair. 1800s? Shaker/New England designed? In need of restoration. Found in an attic in New England MA USA. Very rare design and his been a hard chair to match up for style and period. The metal iron support under side of the chair that also has the threaded rod is in excellent condition (works great) the back part looks detached but I believe that is a catch piece to keep the cha...ir from tipping backwards. It’s overall in pretty good condition pretty sturdy not to many loose joints and still spins very well. It doesn’t appear to have any cracks in the main frame or bent Wood parts. caning has been removed. Measurements the widest part of the seat/base 21 1/4” x chair back height 21 1/2” x Seat depth 18”. X. Base 12” tall x. Adjustable threaded rod approximately 8” tall. Height adjustable. Will probably be shipped in two pieces. See photos & please ask any question.
