This is a metal Decoware hamper, though my friend said her mother always used it as a hat holder and there is a round, flat piece of metal in it that she used to separate her hats.
It measures about 9" in diameter and 21.5" tall.
There are ventilation holes on the back side. It is a vintage and used piece so there is wear and tear but it's in good overall shape and has a great antique look.
