This is a really cool Rosen Nesor branded flat advertising cigarette lighter for the Prudential Insurance Company of America. (EXCELLENT COLOR GRAPHICS). This lighter retains most all of its bright coloring with very minor wear.(see pics). The chrome is bright and shiny.(see pics). This unique piece appears to have been fired. Displays nicely.
