Antique Germany Tin Wind Up Toy Car Limousine Fischer?

First, let me say that I know very little about antique tin toys. This item is marked, and research indicates that it is German and made by Fischer. Please do your research. It came in a lot that included many old German toys. Also, at first glance I thought the steering wheel was missing, but the driver is clutching a steering stick with connecting tabs bent over the hands of the driver.

This is a rather detailed old toy. Very nice paint detail. All trim is embossed into metal. Center doors open and close and latch. It looks to be basically rust free. Wind up motor looks to be intact. Please examine all of the pics to gauge overall condition. I have not tested the wind up mechanism and cannot state that it works. Wheels obviously need attention and are wobbly. The running boards and roof/luggage trim are loose. This item has not been cleaned or dusted as I was concerned about damaging it. It may have missing parts.
I am selling this item as is. It is untested. For parts/repair. It looks to be a prime example for restoration.
