Original Description:
 An Early Pennsylvania Germanic, Hand Chip Carved , and Painted " Mangle Board " ( Sheet Smoother ), In Excellent Original Overall Condition. The Paint Colors are Forest Green And Salmon. It is Signed " G N D ", and Dated " 1848". It also has an Inverted heart, So that it's user could Plainly see it. It was Obviously made as a Wedding Gift. The Reverse is Worn Smooth from it's Use. The Handle it Topped by an Inverted Keystone. It has No Restorations of any kind. It measures 17 3/4..." long. I'm selling it with NO reserve , and only one Penny to start.
