I am always trying to offer the nicest vintage watches here on eBay. Here is a very unusual vintage Men's Longines Swiss 14k Gold Tank watch that dates back to 1958. This Longines watch is very clean and has a very unusual fancy marbleized dial. In my 30+ years of vintage watch collecting I have never see...n this type of dial. I have no idea if it is a factory dial or an aftermarket dial. Has tangential gold applied arrowhead hour markers and "V" markers at the 9, 12 and 3 o'clock position. Has matching gold sword hands and a smaller gold seconds hand at the 6 o'clock position. The SIGNED case is SOLID 14k gold and measures 23.1 mm wide not including the SIGNED crown and is 37.7 mm long. Has 11/16 inch lug spacing. The case is wavy on the left and right side bezels. The pop-off case back is free of any engraving and has the model L3863 on the inside of the lid. Also marked LK 55 on this inside lid. The crystal is domed and does have some minor scratches that should buff out. The SIGNED movement is a Swiss made 17 Jewel Cal. 9LT and this watch is trying to run but will need a service for it to run well. The movement's serial # 10, 880, 092 dates this Longines watch to 1958. This Longines watch has a NOS Wittnauer black leather strap attached. Again this very unusual dial, solid 14k gold Longines watch will need to be serviced and is sold as-is and as described. Please bid accordingly as there is no return. Thank you.
