SIZE: It measures approx. 4 1/2 INCHES +/- IN DIAMETER AT THE WIDEST POINTS AND IS APPROX. 9 1/2 +/- INCHES TALL. COND...ITION: Excellent with typical mild signs of use/wear as epected including a hairline that extends approx. 4 inches off the rim. POT IS VERY STABLE AND SOUND - PLEASE SEE ADDITIONAL PHOTOS BY SCROLLING DOWN TO THE BOTTOM OF THIS PAGE. SIGNATURES/MARKINGS: It is marked/signed as shown in the photos with the CORN hallmark as well as " HOPI HOUSE ". the famed craft outlet at the Grand Canyon National Park. There is also an old and original sticker that reads, " HOPI 1ST MESA - 1943 ". COMMENTS : An exceptional and important old hopi cylinder pot with fabulous markings and a stellar size and form.
