Original Description:
Egg Shell cup and matching plate, hand painted with gold edges.  Intricate painting intact as are most of the gilded edges. Geisha girls and mountain, lake and home etc depiction.  Very good condition. No chips, no cracks. Very clean.  Some paint smears on base from original artist. Signed on base of both cup and plate. Plate is 21 cm long, cup 4cm tall. Total weight 240 grams. Age unknown could be late Meiji period.
