15 1/2" from top of the whistle to base - 19 1/2" from top of the whistle to bottom of the steam release valve - diameter of the whistle is approximately 5 - 5 1/2" - not sure what the 3rd piece is, but it has always been with the whistle - the set was owned by my grandfather who worked as an engineer on steam engines for the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad (B&0 Railroad) out of the Parkersburg, WV Roundhouse.
