Thankyou for looking at my Vintage Cox Hub Cap. This hub cap is original as far as I can tell. The front is chrome. It does have scratches and a minor indentationabove the x and below the o. When youflip it over, the back is covered in surface rust. It may be possible to restore this or maybeyou would like to use it for decoration. It measures about 7 ¾” across the back.
