European tracked postage is £9.85 and for the rest of the world is £11.85......I hav...e had to increase charges following Royal Mail price increases in April but will still combine any number of pipes for the price of one.On 21-Aug-20 at 13:54:22 BST, seller added the following information: This is a Lovely and Very Lightly Smoked "Civic" Burley Grain 1/2 Bent Billiard 054, made in London at the Cadogan Group Essex Factory. I gave a potted history of Civic in the earlier listed Bulldog Burley Grain, so will not repeat it here. The briar of this Billiard is tan stained and carved and sandblasted to the Burley Grain Finish, the bowl rim is crisp and un-marked. The stem is a tight fitting non-filter Fishtail, has the Civic written Logo, and is in perfect used condition. The bowl needed no reaming but was cleansed anyway, the stem was fully sanitised to make the pipe ready to smoke as soon as you receive it, before the whole pipe was lightly polished and waxed to give the Beautiful Finish you can see in the photos. The pipe draws and will smoke perfectly, itbsits so comfortably in the hand, balanced and so tactile.
