Base measures approximately 16" diameter when including the space for shades. I do see one small chip on one of the shades, a little on one sid...e.Base metal is rusty, but could be used for looks, as shown, or refinished to your color. Light bulb is not included. Reriring is a necessity, as brittle as is right now. Will ship taken apart. This is an old piece and will still be old when received.
