Up for auction is a VERY FINE CHINESE BLUE SHIWAN FLAMBE GLAZE IMMORTAL CONTEMPLATING SCHOLAR FIGURE. One of a few great quality figural examples being offered this week. We are told this figure was acquired around 30 years ago. The figure is of superb quality throughout with amazing details to the hands and face. With impressed seal mark as seen.
Condition: Very fine estate-fresh condition with no damage as seen. UV light reveals no hidden damage or repairs.
Size: A great example to display measuring 9 3/4 inches tall by 9 1/4 inches long and 5 inches wide. The figure including hardwood stand measures 11 1/2 inches tall.
