Joanies is very excited to be offering a large four-day important family estate collection. This prominent family of Doctors resided in China between 1890-1960 and during this time acquired a vast array of rare and important objects that have never been offered until now. This includes a vast array of As...ian art examples, fine jades, snuff bottles, bronzes, porcelain, important Archaic works, and more.
A number of the items being offered were scheduled to be sent to New Yorks’s high end auctions, but due to large sale delays this year the estate had asked us to offer All the items. A great and rare opportunity to acquire some investment-grade examples.
Over the past 20 years Joanies has hosted Hundreds of estate auctions, auctioning upwards of a hundred thousand fine estate items during this time. Up for auction is a VERY FINE 19THC CHINESE BLUE WHITE ENAMEL LOTUS PORCELAIN SNUFF BOTTLE JADE LID.Part of an important estate collection being offered this week that includes an impressive variety of fine antique snuff bottles and jades.
A fine antique porcelain snuff bottle ornately decorated with unique royal blue, turquoise, and white enamel color palette decor.
Condition: Very fine estate-fresh condition with no damage.UV light also reveals no hidden damage or repairs.
Size: The snuff bottle measures 2 1/4 inches tall by 2 3/8 inches wide and 1 inches thick, and 3 inches tall including lid.
