This is an original Wico EK magneto for an old hit and miss or throttle governed single cylinder gas engine. It is in good shape with no cracks, breaks, or repairs that I can see or know of except that it is missing the stop button on the front cover which isn't really necessary. It has the original serial tag on it as can be seen. It mounts with two holes and the mounting threads are in great shape. It seems to have minimal wear on the ...moving parts and has very good spark. I just charged the magnets before I took the pictures. It will surely run your engine if it is set up properly. You might want to clean it a bit more or it would look great on a nice original engine. The case is in decent shape compared to many of them with a slight ding in the front cover. This could easily be replaced and doesn't affect it's performance the way it is. These original Wico EK magnetos are getting tougher to find with each passing year so if you've been looking for one don't miss your chance on this one. It would also make a great spare on the shelf.
