Antique 18S Open Face Engraved Case 17j Hamilton Pocket Watch ca. 1901. This gold filed, open face, Grade 926, Model 1, 18 size Hamilton pocket watch has an approximate 54.5mm case. The case back is engraved with a ribbon, birds, scroll work and a plaque that is perfect for personalizing. The case is in good condition with very minimal wear. The white enamel dial has black numerals, a red 5-minute track, blue spade hands, a sunk seconds register at 6 o'clock and... is marked "Hamilton Watch Co.". The dial unfortunately has hairlines from it's center out towards 12, between 1 and 2 and just after 2. The crystal is in good condition. The inside case is stamped "B&B Royal - Warranted 20 Years - 6463448". The full plate nickle movement is stamped "Hamilton Watch Co. - Lancaster, PA - Safety Pinion - Adjusted - 17 Jewels - 190375". This watch is adjusted to temperature, not positions or isochronism. Screws and jewels are in good condition. This watch is stem wind, lever set. Watch is currently running and keeping time.
