Joanies is very excited to be offering a large four-day important family estate collection. This prominent family of Doctors resided in China between 1890-1960 and during this time acquired a vast array of rare and important objects that have never been offered until now. This includes a vast array of As...ian art examples, fine jades, snuff bottles, bronzes, porcelain, important Archaic works, and more.
A number of the items being offered were scheduled to be sent to New Yorks’s high end auctions, but due to large sale delays this year the estate had asked us to offer All the items. A great and rare opportunity to acquire some investment-grade examples.

Up for auction is a ANTIQUE 19TH CENTURY CHINESE CARVED SOAPSTONE PRECIOUS OBJECTS LOTUS POND SNUFF BOTTLE. Part of an important estate collection being offered this week that includes an impressive variety of antique snuff bottles and jades.
A unique antique example carved of soapstone with precious objects and lotus pond decor.
Condition: Estate-fresh with minor imperfections consistent with antique age the bottle is overall in fine condition as seen.
Size: The bottle measures 2 3/4 inches tall by 1 7/8 inches wide and 5/8s of an inch thick weighing 112 grams. The bottle including lid measures 3 inches tall.
