This is the 2nd version of George Bartell's FIA World Manufactuers Championship 1965 & 1966 Poster. This poster is autographed in silver with a paint marker by George Bartell. George Bartell was a well known artist for Carroll Shelby from 1963-1967 doing all the posters and artwork for the magazines. George Bartell was born on August 31, 1933 in Niagara Falls, New York and has since passed. If you could find the 1st version poster, the cost would be around $...500.00 - $1, 300.00 depending on the condition. The 1st version poster measures 25" x 20". The 2nd version poster measures 23 1/2" x 19". This 2nd version poster is initialled by George Bartell and dated 08 year. There were 300 printed 2nd version posters and 75 of those were autographed by George Bartell. This poster has never been hung. There are no pin holes, tape marks or rips.
