This is a really nice old Girard dump truck that I purchased at an antique show during the late 1960's and has been in my collection ever since. When I purchased the little truck it had the Everready 'D' cell dated June 1934 installed underneath and it goes with the truck. When a new battery is installed, both the headlights will work. It's a great little truck and a great conversation piece especially when you switch the headlights on! The truck measures 9 3/4" long, 4" wide, x 4" hig...h and weights 1 lb 2 oz with battery.On Jul-15-20 at 04:06:38 PDT, seller added the following information:More photos of bottom of the truck were added showing battery location and condition. There is no corrosion in the battery area and amazingly, the 1934 battery has not shown any sign of corrosion after all these years
