ANTIQUE PASTEL PAINTING / DRAWING YOUNG WOMAN PORTRAIT 1800's VICTORIAN. Shipped with USPS Priority Mail.This item was bought at an estate sale. It was in a large ornate Gilt frame with glass. It had been dropped at the sale and broke the frame in the glass. There is also some tears in the very fragile paper. I tried to include these in my photographs. There is also some sort of a white chalky smudge at the bottom . the paper appears to be mounted to a stretched canvas. Was some sort o...f cardboard added to the back. It appears to have been done with pastels and possibly charcoal or chalk. I'm only guessing at this because I am not an art expert. The artist is unknown. this item is being sold as is with no returns so please examine photographs carefully for condition issues as they are part of this description.
