CONDITION: Vintage 1-1/4” C S Osborne Arch Punch No. 149 Hole Cutter Leather Gaskets 1 1/4”
Lightly used 1 1/4" Osborne arch punch with original box & instruction paper. Punch does show signs of light surface rust and some paint chips on handle (see pic). Edge is sharp and no dings (see pic). Stamped " 1 1/4" and "C.S.Osborne & Co Harrison, NJ." on handle (see pic). No previous owners marks and no damage (see pics).... Includes original box (see pic).
