This is a true country piece with a State of Georgia inspection tag that shows 1977 inspection on back (the last time it passed inspection, not the date of manufacture)The scale can be adjusted with the screw below the unit. It does adjust but has its own ideas on where the pointer wants to rest. It’s obstinate because it is way past retirement age. 😀 The scoop shaped tray has some rust spots. I have cleaned it with a disinfectant cleaner.The face of the scale has age spots, see the close up photos.
