Antique boxwood folding ruler made E.A. Stearns + Co in Brattleboro Vermont, I don't see a company number on it, opens to 24"(30" counting the brass extension). Opens and closes easily, some slight warpage when fully extended, the numbers on the outside are faded but legible, some chips in the wood(one big one along the brass extension. High bidder pays the actual shipping cost. Satisfaction guaranteed. Good luck.
