Hi. OK, I am not sure what these are. Vintage Northwest Orient Airlines Letter Openers, Swizzle Sticks, or Fruit/Meat Spears. They are marked "Northwest Airlines". and "Stainless Steel Japan Sowrd" (which is sometimes use in place of Sword). The edge is tappered like a sword blade. I was not able to find any information on this item. May have been a give-a-way items for flyers or travel agents. Interesting tail design. Than...ks for looking and God Bless.
