This is an "artist-signed" illustrated postcard measuring approx. 9.1 cm. by 14.0 cm., whose creator's ID is a monogram at the LR corner of the image.Mailed within the Austrian Empire, it shows a person in a worker's apron and an elf hat (I don't know the significance of that outfit) standing with one foot in Egerland and one in Bohmen chasing the hobo away into Galizien (now partly in southern Poland, partlyin Ukraine.The small unnamed country between the migrant's legs is Silesia, wi...th Moravia next to the south. Austria is at LL and Hungary at LR.Using an online translator, the best I could make of the text was:Wahlsieg-Karte - Election Victory Card.
