This listing is for a vintage TA 51 pair of RI licence plates. You will be receiving the exact plates you see in the photos. Any scuffs or marks are as seen and bring more character to the plates. These are vintage and are worn heavily as seen in the images. Very cool piece for the collector or for home/office decor. *These plates have expired many years ago, and are well within eBay's parameters for licence plate guidelines.*
