RARE Antique Stanley No. 1 Smooth Hand Plane 
Based on the cutter Stanley "V" logo, this is a type 11 made from (1910-1918).
CONDITION: The brass nut for the front knob is missing -- I don't know if you can find a replacement online, but I'm sure someone can machine one pretty easily if it comes to that. There are pitting spots on the sole and cheeks of the body.  The cutter has the "V" logo, but it has faded quite a bit over the years so it's a bit diffi...cult to fully make out. No cracks on the handle of knob, just some scratches. I've provided several pictures so you can see exactly what you're getting.
