The 24th World Boy Scout Jamboree was held at the Summit Bechtel Reserve in Mt. Hope, West Virginia July - August 2019.
This neckerchief was the delegate or contingent neckerchief (necker or scarf) worn by the Scouts from Portugal. This neckerchief does not say jamboree or contingent on it, but I was told this is what the Portuguese scouts wore at the jamboree. The scouter I traded this from was wearing this neckerchief at the time we traded. I was told they only had one each, so al...though the word "Portugal" is a little faded, it was hard to get this neckerchief at all.
