I BELIEVE IT HAD A ROUND NAME PLATE ON IT AT ONE TIME, YOU CAN SEE THE OUTLINE AND 2 SMALL TACK HOLES WHERE IT ONCE WAS. SEE LAST PICIT'S MADE OF ALL WOOD AND TRIMMED IN BRASS. NO PLASTICI STILL WORKS BUT AS YOU CAN SEE FROM THE PICS IT SHOW WEAR THUR OUT.I SEE ONE BRASS KEY  CAP MISSING AND A PUSH BUTTON MISSING. SMALL HOLES ON THE BELLOW CORNERS. WOOD CHIPS & CRACK.I HAVE NOT TRIED TO CLEA...N IT. SELLING AS SEEN AND AS I FOUND IT.MEASURES 9 3/4'' ACROSSSO VIEW ALL PICS FOR MORE DETAILSTHANK YOU
