It is expired and no longer for use on a vehi...cle. This is a USED plate and has the usual scuffs and bruises usually associated with a used plate. IT IS OLDER THAN 3 YEARS IN COMPLIANCE WITH EBAY POLICY. If you want it faster, it will cost more but I can do it if you ask. I also use FEDEX GROUND and USPS MEDIA MAIL when appropriate, their time in transits are the same as USPS PARCEL POST.
