Estate Find and looks to be in very good condition with its appropriate patina also cosmetic wear. The guy that used this worked at Goodyear and retired a wile ago and that's just about all I know about the item. I can not find the key and even though the item is in very good condition it still could use a cleaning which I will leave up to you. The cosmetic wear is original patina, scuffs, scratches, nicks or dings, wear marks, work stains & tears to green felt, leather handle is o...riginal & does show cracks/tears in leather, green felt loose on edge pieces, surface rust on metal & pitting, grease/oil stains. For a better description and sizes please look at the photos because this will be the item that you will be receiving. I take my photos outside light so on some computers or the lighting in your house the color could very some please keep this in mind.
