APOLLO 11 Lunar Missions IPI-2000 Deluxe PlaysetVintage Toy
Great educational and fun toy.
It is exceptionally well detailed in all respects.
Three astronauts can go in the Command Module.Two can be transferred in to the Lunar Module (LM)
LM, Flag, TV Camera, & 4 surface experimentscan be set up on the Lunar Surface Playmat
.
It was sealed when 1st purchased.I opened it because the batteries were low.The sound was unclear.
When a red button on the bottom of th...e lunar module is pushedit pals a recording of Neil Armstrong's quote,
"That's one small step for man.One giant leap for mankind."
The last several photos show the battery compartment withand without the original AA batteries. There is no corrosion.
Sounded great with new batteries.Shipped without batteries.
