A VINTAGE SCARCE A. LAURENT, COLD CREAM, CERAMIC POT & LID from the early c1930s period that has been found buried in an Edwardian rubbish tip a few years ago. I must admit that in all the years of digging and collecting I have never seen one of these pots before. Underneath the transfer are the words DEPOSE SELON LA LOI which when translated means DEPOSIT ACCORDING TO LAW. The highly detailed strongly printed black transferred pot measures just under ...5cm high with the lid in position and is in GOOD FAIR CONDITION being clean and white with no cracks or hairlines. There is some flaking or chipping to the inner flange of the pot as pictured above, the lid which is not the original is in good condition and fits really well. I am quite happy to combine purchases for buyers to help save money on postage and shipping costs.
