Vintage Phoenix Brand Air Pumper Pot Thermos Liquid Dispenser. It is about 16" tall and 6 1/2" at the base. The base has a rotating bottom. It is listed as used and it may have been but it looks like it never has been used. We did test the pump and it works great. The outside finish is in great condition.
