This pot came out of an estate of individual that purportedly spent many years in the Middle East as a teacher with much traveling around there, Africa and China … He had amassed quite collection of rather unusual pieces. Although we can not verify it, this piece was listed as Persian in origin. The condition speaks for itself in the photos. The top is slightly out of round … there is a small dent in one spot … and it does have a silver over copper a...ppearance.The piece is all hand crafted with hand tooled designs with 4 different writings that I assume is some Arabic dialect. It also has the image of a running gazelle in segment of the etchings. The piece stands approximately 5" tall and 8" at the widest point.
