Neon is in good overall working condition but pull chain does not turn neon bulbs on/off (only works on/off by plugging/unplugging cord). Also there is piece of metal frame that is broken off on right side of sign but does not affect function (see last pic). Overall, neon is in good working order and pretty hard to find since I haven't seen many come up for sale...
