For your bidding pleasure is this nice French made, Mitchell408 UL spinning reel. The Serial# is 418005. This reel is in excellent mechanical condition, strong and snappy bail and the anti-reverse and clicking sound works perfectly when engaged. The bail wire is shiny with no pitting, flaking or rusting.
The paint is in nice condition as evident in most of all the pictures however, there is some paint blistering... on the foot where the serial# is located as shown in the pictures, there are also some light scuff marks on the side plate, and rub marks on the rotor. Excluding the paint, you have a great operating reel. The reel comes with a spare shallow spool.
