Vintage Ping Anser 3 Mg Bronze Putter Karsten Mfg Box 9990 Phoenix AZ 85068 34"Good condition vintage Ping Anser 3 Mg bronze putter, Made in the USA, Karsten Mfg Corp., Box 9990, Phoenix, Ariz. 85068. 34” long.Classic MG bronze putter with Karsten Heel-Toe Balance steel shaft (with label) and Ping ‘Little Man’ pistol grip. All original.Head has a nice patina; desired by many, but can be removed by soaking in vinegar or coke. Shaft still has Ping Heel-Toe Balance shaf...t band and is in very good condition with no rust. The grip is hard and has some cracks, but it still can be used for putting. See photos. The Anser 3 is a classically designed putter that has clean optics to promote confidence at address. It features a magnesium bronze putter blade head with a plumber's neck. Heel/toe weighting helps to minimize twisting on off-center putts.
