Antique Brass Horse Carriage Model T Oil Lamp Light LanternNot sure if this is for oil or kerosene.
Selling as is!!! There is some cracking in the brass at a few spots (photo4, 8 & 9), some dents on bottom of the oil holder (photo 12), the larger red lenses on the one side has a chip/crack in it (photo 10). There is also a 'loose" screw that is stuck in the one hole. You can see it sticking out in photo 3. The clear round glass door on the front has no chips or crack...s in nor does the smaller round diamond cut red piece on the one side (photo 4). To open the clear glass door there is a small round piece on the side you need to turn/twist to open and close. Signs of natural aged patina and I have not attempted to clean it.I don't find any maker names on it.Measures approximately 9 1/2" tall x 5 1/4" wide (from front where the clear glass lens is to the back where the larger red glass piece is. Weighs 2 pounds (prior to packaging)We buy most of our pieces at auctions, flea markets & yard sales so we many not know the history of the item. We are not antique dealers, collectors or experts.
