Original partially-printed quitclaim deed between Julia, Mary, Jehiel, and Calvin Studwell,   and John S. Studwell for a 7 acre tract of land located in Greenwich, Litchfield County, CT, dated June 1, 1841. One page, 13 1/2” X 8 1/4”; signed by Julie, Jehiel, Calvin, & Mary Studwell, Eliza & Samuel Close, Smith R. Sibley, Sarah M. Miller, & Alanson Holly (witnesses), and Samuel Close (notary)IN VERY GOOD CONDITION! Has a few tiny separations along folds. We unconditionally warrant..., without time limit, the authenticity of this 1841 Greenwich CT deed. We have been dealing in historical newspapers and fine documents since 1974 DBA "Historical Newspapers and Journals". 10 day return privilege.
