Offered here is a Antique or Vintage 16” Mohair Excelsior Stuffed Teddy Bear discovered at a recent Estate Sale. Questioning the family I’ve made an educated guess that he dates to the 1930’s. I am not an expert on Teddy Bears, but I am guessing that he is English manufacture. His coat is in fair to good condition with no bald spots or obvious losses. His wool felt pads show some damage, I’ve pictured all four. I believe his nose and mouth stitchin...g to be original as are his 3 stitched claws. Head and 4 limbs all jointed. A bit loose but not bad.
