This is a really cool NEAR MINT Sarome branded flat advertising cigarette lighter for Camel filter cigarettes. (NICE DOUBLE SIDED COLOR GRAPHICS). This rare lighter retains most all of its bright colors (see pics). The chrome is bright and shiny (see pics). This unique piece appears to have NEVER been fired. Displays nicely.
