CONDITION: I try to put significant issues with condition in the description section, but you should always refer to the pictures for item condition. I can not list every aspect of the item's condition in the description but I do include pictures of several angles with every listing.
SHIPPING: I try to ship items every business day, but sometimes other things come up. It is very rare that I go 2 business days in a row without shipping items, but o...f course, things do happen. I will only ship to addresses that have been verified by eBay, if your address isn't properly set up with eBay I will cancel your order after a couple days if you do not respond to my request to fix it. Standard packaging and shipping processes are used for all my items. My items are typically the cheapest of their type or at least in the bottom end of the pricing for that item. If you have special instructions for shipping like extra padding or something you're going to have to buy it from somebody else who is going to charge you more for your item but they will be able to provide special details for you with their extra cost. I get constant complaints about the shipping costs, those are the shipping costs of the USPS, they are not my costs. I can not help you with shipping costs. I do not charge extra for shipping, the shipping fees are totally 100% the fees charged by the USPS. Do not offer free shipping or some other variation on shipping if you are going to make an offer, I will not accept it since the Post Office charges me full price, I have to pass it along.
COMBINED SHIPPING: I do not offer combined shipping on any items. I sell a very wide array of items of all different shapes and sizes. Figuring out the shipping for each item to each location and the extra shipping needed for each additional item of a different type is near impossible. When making considerations for lower bids on multiple items sometimes I use the extra shipping of the 2 items together to make up the difference of the money lost on the low bids. With combined shipping I would turn down more bids than I currently do. I also can not adjust the shipping rates when you make an offer for something. Those rates are set by the USPS and applied to each item by eBay based on its size and the shipping to and from locations.
FEEDBACK: I give feedback for all transactions once a month. If you do not get your feedback right away this is the reason. This has nothing to do with the transaction itself but for the fact that I do a lot of transactions each month and it is easier to do it all at the same time rather than a few each day.
QUESTIONS: Ask as many questions as you would like before bidding on any item. I will do my best to answer them to the best of my knowledge. I am not an expert on any of the items but I will do my best. It does not bother me at all to answer questions, I would rather answer questions before you bid than you get an item that you are going to be returning because it is not what you wanted.
